The centre has seen a steady rise in people requiring food referrals over the last year. We are able to offer fresh produce from the garden and soup made from ingredients we have grown to individuals who visit us for referrals. Visitors are also given advice on information and services that might be helpful to them.
The MAXwell Centre provides a range of volunteering opportunities for people in the community. Volunteering helps individuals gain experience, build confidence, and meet new people. It also allows us to provide a wider range of activities and services.
